The voice as a physical, vibrational and deeply embodied experience.
Stelina's work moves between performance, sound, voice, embodiment and wellbeing. Trained as a lyrical vocalist and shaped by an international performance career, she has gradually expanded her practice beyond the conventional boundaries of singing.
Today, she creates performances, workshops, retreats and immersive sound experiences that invite people to listen differently: to sound, to the body, and to themselves. Through voice, breath, movement, resonance, improvisation and conscious listening, Stelina creates spaces for deeper embodiment, creative expression and connection.
Her work takes different forms — from experimental performance and immersive sound to vocal exploration, workshops and retreats.

Stelina's performance practice is rooted in classical vocal training and shaped by years of interdisciplinary and international collaboration. She has collaborated with artists and ensembles across music, theatre and contemporary performance.

Finding the voice through the body.
Alongside her artistic practice, Stelina offers individual vocal coaching and embodied voice sessions for singers, performers and anyone wishing to develop a deeper, more conscious relationship with their voice.
Her approach brings together classical vocal training with exploration of breath, movement, resonance, listening and physical awareness. Rather than focusing only on technique, Stelina works with the voice as an embodied experience — helping students develop greater freedom, awareness, confidence and natural resonance.
Sessions can support vocal technique, artistic development, performance preparation, creative exploration and the release of unnecessary vocal and physical tension.
